In order for us to begin work on a monument we need to be supplied with your right of burial certificate.
How long will it take?
In general we can complete your work within 16-20 weeks.
How much is it going to cost?
The price of our work can vary greatly depending on what service you require. Lawn monuments can vary between $2,000-$7,000, where a full monument can range from $7,000 and above. We are up front with customers about price and will be able to tell you more accurately when we know the specifics of your project.
What is the payment process?
We accept all major forms of payment including cash, cheque, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa and Union Pay. Our standard payment process involves a third to half price deposit and then final payment on completion.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is guaranteed for seven years in line with the building services code.
Can I supply my own artwork or have a custom design?
We are able to engrave custom artwork onto your headstones if we are supplied the necessary sources. If you have a vector version of your artwork (such as one made in adobe illustrator) we can accept that straight onto our machines. If it is a hand drawn piece we will have to transfer it into a digital format which will incur an extra fee.
